Last weekend I went on an Urban Peregrine field trip and saw 5 of Seattle's own Peregrine Falcons. I saw 3 females and 2 males. The pair at West Seattle Bridge was the best and they did some great flight and mating displays. This is a shot I took of the West Seattle female (07/P) through a scope. If someone wants to do the same trip, I'm now in the know about all the spots and have my own scope... lemme know....

Sweet! Watts and I saw a woodpecker today and I was telling him on our walk that Auntie Danielle could probably tell us a lot about that woodpecker. Then he put his fist in his mouth as some sort of acknowledgement that he knew who I was talking about!
