Attack of the Turkey Vulture

Turkey Vultures are pretty cool, they eat dead things and prevent lots of disease and bacteria from spreading. They are also one of the few birds with a strong sense of smell and they are really neat to watch fly and soar. The Turkey Vulture at the Raptor Center is named Modoc. His wing span is about 67 inches; he's a big bird and has really piercing eyes and a sharp, sharp beak. And... he seems to have a problem with me. For the last 4 weeks he has tried to fly straight at my head, like he's lunging for me. It is actually kind of scary and the keepers aren't sure why he is doing it or if he hates me or likes me...
